My artwork won't upload on the Online Print Designer. Why is this? This could be a result of the file you are trying to upload is either too large or corrupt. Try converting your artwork into a smaller size JPEG and upload it. Our art and print team always check artwork before it goes into production and will contact you if the artwork is not up to printing standards. If you are still having trouble don't hesitate to contact us. It's usually an easy fix.
I have a small budget, any suggestions to get the best price? Narrow the ink colors in your artwork to a minimum for the Screen Printing process. (example: a one color print will be much cheaper than a four color print). Also the larger quantity per design, the lower print prices will be fore each T-shirt etc. Another tip to keep in mind is looking for the dollar signs listed for each product thumbnail (more dollar signs means more expensive). The color of the garment can also make a diference in the price. Selection a white T-shirt over a dark color like black T-shirt is much more cost effective. This is due to dark shirts are more expensice to begin with and it requires a white underbase (called flash) to make your artwork look as perfect as possible.
I'm local to San Diego, is there any way I can exclude the shipping costs and instead pick up my order at the Tagless Threads warehouse? Of course! Upon the check out process, click on "in store pick up" and you will not be charged for shipping. When your order is printed and complete we will store on our will call shelf awaiting your pick up.
How do I change the ink color when I add art? To the right of the T-shirt template is a section called "Color Properties". Click on the little black box and you can select the color you prefer. Above this you can also change the size and rotate the design.
