1. Can I order online? You certainly can! We have a unique secure ONLINE GARMENT DESIGNER where you can upload your own images or use our vector images. You can use text and manipulate your design and even design your own care tags. After your finished designing you may pay for the quantity you wish on our secure website.
2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Discover, American Express, and Master Card.
3. Do I need a resale number or a wholesale number to purchase Tagless Threads clothing? No, you do not need a resale or wholesale number to purchase our products.
4. What is your turnaround time on printing? Our turnaround time depends on the job and how busy we are. Please understand that every print job is different. The custom tag service requires time because we unsew the tag seam, remove the tag, sew the seam,and print your custom imprinted care tag. After completed, we then ship the products to you at your desired shipping time and location. Please note that sometimes garments are back ordered from our manufacturers which can delay the print turnaround. Please follow all our order instructions to ensure a proper turnaround time. If you fail to do so it will prolong your order. This includes sending us proper artwork, garment order forms (not for customers using online designer), and your credit card authorization form. If you're curious about how long your order will take to complete you can always call us and talk to a representative. Please understand that a turnaround time given to you is only an estimated time as your order may be prolonged because of the reasons above.
5. I need my order right away. Can I get my order shipped within three business days? You may. If the order is under three hundred items we can ship it to you within 72 hours of when the order was placed. All rush orders must be placed by 10:00am pst in order to have it printed and shipped out within three business days. If you place the order on a Friday it will be shipped out Wednesday due to the weekend.
6. Can you make me a custom design? Yes, we can create a design for a negotiable fee. Please check out our graphic artist page.

8. Do you sell tagless products without printing services? We sure do. We understand that some of you like to do your own printing.
9. Do you print with metallic ink? We sure do! We offer Gold, Silver, Platinum, Black, and Blue. We can also customize any color to be metallic for a little fee. Please contact us after you place your order and let us know that you want metallic ink.
10. How long has Tagless Threads been in business? Tagless Threads was founded in early 2005 but that doesn't mean we don't have the experience. Our Print team has over 20 years of experience in the Screen Printing industry.
11. What is your maximum printing sizes? 11"x17" with our DTG printer and 18"x26" with our Screen Printer. We can print almost anywhere on garments.
12. Do you have a price list? We sure do but we also have something way better. We have an online garment print designer where you can use our stock logos or upload your own. It will automatically add up the price and you can pay online 24/7. View our price list.
13. Can I supply my own products or do I have to order them through you? We have a huge selection for you to choose from at wholesale prices, but if you find something you prefer best and we don't offer it, we will gladly offer it for you. When providing your own clothes please note that we add $1 to the print pricing per garment provided. You are also required to provide 10% extra in clothing for the print job in case of misprints. If their are no misprints the 10% extra are yours to keep!
14. What type of garment printing do you offer? We offer two different print methods, which are each detailed as follows:
Direct To Garment- We use a new digital technology that chemically bonds ink to cotton molecules, resulting in brilliant colors and photographic quality. The image is soft, breathable, vibrant and durable, without that "decal" feel typically imparted by heat-transfer methods. There is no overprint around the image area, and images have a “wash fastness” equal to or better than other print methods. The one draw back is we don't print digitally on dark garments such as black. Please keep in mind we can print on some darker colored garments such as heather grey garments with black ink (Please feel free to ask what colored garments are compatible with the DTG Printer). Some customers also prefer having one printer over the other no matter what the price diference is. Tagless Threads wants to make sure you recieve your garments how you want them in a timely and cost effective matter. Providing two methods of printing allows us to do just that !
Screen Printing- However, we use a screen printer as well for larger orders or if you want your designs printed on a dark garment. Our screen printing presses have a seven color maximum. We recommend using the screen printer on dark garments because our DTG printer cannot print on dark colored garments such as black. The max print size is 15 inches by 18 inches for standard screen printing and 18 inches by 26 inches for jumbo screen printing, so if you want big prints, screen printing is the way to go! We use Automatic Screen Printing Presses that have many great benefits that many screen printers can't offer.
15. How does Tagless Threads like artwork sent? We prefer to have artwork sent to us in either a JPEG or PSD file in at least 200 resolution for DTG (Digital Garment Printing). 300 resolution is recommended especially for Screen Printing. For Screen Printing the artwork must be color seperated and at the size you want printed, this makes it a lot easier for you and us. Our Artwork Guideline Tutorial page gives you plenty of information for our artwork requirements.
16. Does the price change per garment item when you mix sizes? As long as you stay below sizes XXL the price does not change per garment item. XXL and up garments are usually between $.50 and $1.00 extra per item.
17. What brand T-shirt do you recommend? It all depends on your budget and what you need them for. If you need T-shirts to promote your company we recommend Gildan T-shirts- They are reasonably priced and a great quality. If you want a T-shirt that is thick and strong we recommend the Hanes Beefy T's. They are great for construction companies or any job that makes you get dirty and a great price. If you want your clothes to have that clothing line look and good fit T-shirt then we recommend the American Apparel and Alternative Apparel T-shirt, they are pricy but if looks is what you care about than that is the T-shirt you want.
18. How secure is Tagless Threads website? We use Authorize.net for all secure transactions. Our web page is also secured with a 256 bit secure sockets layer. Please view our Authorize.net site seals for authorization.
19. What is my order status? Click here for an easy tutorial if you used our online print designer to order. If you ordered by paying an invoice you can email us at info@taglessthreads and we will let you know the status of your order.
20. Can you print on custom areas of the shirt or just standard front and back? Yes, we can print your custom logo almost anywhere on a garment.
21. I attempted to contact Tagless Threads and got no response. Why is this? We answer every inquire or quote request. Though sometimes technology fails. Make sure and check your spam folder for our response. If you don't find our response in your spam folder within 24 hours then please call us. We will assist you over the phone.
22. I am using the ONLINE GARMENT PRINT DESIGNER but don't want custom tags. What will I get instead? Our custom tag fee includes taking the original manufacturer's tag out sewing it up and printing your very own tag on the inside. If you decide not to get tags we will leave the original manufacturer's tag on the inside and not charge you for custom care tags.
23. What do I get when I order custom tags? We remove the manufacturer's original care tag by unsewing the threads that keep the tag attached to the garment. Once removed we sew up a new seam with a new matching thread. This allows you to take your professionalism to the next level and we can make it happen for less than you would expect.
